What we collect

When you register for an event, enrol, join a waitlist or contact us, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, WhatsApp number, country and your answers to our short questions. When you pay, our payment partner processes your payment details.

How we use it

We use your details to run your enrolment, send class information, receipts and reminders, answer your questions and improve our courses. With your consent, we send you marketing tips and event invitations, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed with service providers who help us run the academy, such as our payment partner and email and messaging tools. We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep student records for as long as needed to issue certificates and meet legal and accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete marketing data at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and other applicable laws. Email us to make a request.
